I am satisfied with everything, I did have a problem trying to get a proof of purchase via e-mail, but that would have been my fault, I called and was helped immediately. All is good!
I ordered online only because I was treated rudely using the toll free number and, as it turns out, misinformed by the person who answered myc all, as well.
PC Connection did everything they needed ot do to resolve the shipping issue i had. USPS is terrible. I have all items ordered and they still show they are waiting for PC to bring them the items.
