My order was cancelled because the product was not in stock. Most online retailers have live stock counts and will indicate when a product is out of stock. A disappoint.
I would like to comment on how long it took to receive the product though. Altough the product arrived on the date it originally said it would, it still took about a week to get to me. Is there a way to get the product next day or so?
I don't know what to say, as it has been 11 days since I placed the order and I haven't received the product. I can't track the order on line either so I have no idea what is going on with my order. Very bad shipping.
