Appreciated thta fac tthat when I called, even though I did not reach the same person who emailed me, the person contacted had the information and was aware of what theother person had done. Good communication among the customer service people.
We have recieved one piece but not the other in a timely fashion. We have many Travel Pro pieces of luggage and have not had to wait this long. Hopefully it is the one we want. More inside pictures of the luggage would be helpful in the selection process.
The color show and stated was different than the product recieved.The backpack was show as all gray but the delived backpack was gary with red strip accents.
