The first "brand new" lockset I got was junk. Apparently, another purchaser ruined the lockset by disassembling it and then returned it as "wrong size" or "wrong color" / and the warehouse did not check it before returning it to inventory.

Extremely impressed with the service I received. I received a call from customer service with a question about my credit card and it was taken care of very quickly. I received my order before I expected it, everything was perfect.

Order process was frustrating. Each new item from the same series had to have all the color and style info entered for each new item.

The bathroom privcy door knob has obvious scatches on both sides of the knobs
