I still have not received all of my order!!!!!! I was initially told I only ordered 1 shower curtain and 1 curtain valance. Later, A message was left that it was their error, that I HAD been charged for 2. I am still waiting!!!
I did call Customer Service on Sunday July 27th. The globes that came with the fixture were incorrect and I ordered 4 and only received 2, which is OK since they were the incorrect ones.
The first time I ordered from Black Forest Decor, I had to return the shipment all 3 times because each light fixture was broken. I gave up after that. This time, nothing was broken and I was satisfied.
There was an initial problem with the tracking number e.g. number did not fit FedEx. Customer support informed me that the number was for UPS. The second call to customer service was due to UPS tracking problems e.g. dates and tracking seemed out of whack. No worries though. Everything made it and your customer support was great.
