Item came in damaged, with scratches on front of item. Had to touch up with white paint.

Delivery people were not great. They scratched our hardwood floors and didn't reconnect some wires that they disconnected when they removed the doors of the refrigerator to get it into the house. I had to run out to the truck to have them come back in so they could fix the door issue.

The item was delivered after 10pm after several calls from the trucker making the delivery time later and later

MY HUSBAND AND I ORDERED A COIN OPERATED WASHER AND DRYER, WE ALSO ORDERED THE OPTIONAL COIN CHUTE FOR BOTH. WE HAD SOME LEASED WASHER AND DRYER AT OUR RENTAL PROPERTY, AND HAD THEM REMOVED ONE DAY BEFORE YOUR DELIVERY. UNFORTUNATLY ONLY ONE COIN CHUTE ARRIVED WITH THE DELIVERY. Before I placed my order it said anything under 12 BTU would be delivered ups or fedex. This was not the case it was yellow freight, when I contacted aj by email no response and when I called and told them that they could not deliver that where i lived and they need my cell so I could meet them somewhere. The line kit was back ordered, but arrived several days following the heat pump unit. I had not received notice that the shipment was being split, so called to enquire about it.
