The delivery company delivered the stove to the wrong house and left it there. After figuring out what happened, my installers went to the house and picked up the stove.
I ordered a stove that would take 3 weeks to deliver but after calling customer service and stating that I needed it in a week for Thanksgiving, they came thru and delivered it on time, only yellow freight wouldn't let me inspect it
Annoyed that for $50 delivery charge the carton was left in the lobby of my apartment building. I had to tip staff member $5 to bring cartom in hand truck up to my apartment.
I ordered my appliances at the beginning of October and to this day ,over 1 month and a half later ,I did not receive my fridge.It disapeared in transportation.Luckilly A.J Madison sent me another one .
I would be certain to recommend A J Madison except for the thing, the poor delivery service. Item was delivered on time but I feel that the items(s) that are ordered should be delivered into the house and into the room(s) where item(s) is required.
It was only one day late. I would have liked to have been notified that it would not be here the day that tracking showed. The wife will be trying the washer tonight. Also the pallet and box was somewhat damaged but product looked good. All is good.
