I received the violin strings but never received the two full sets of cello strings! The credit card had the same price amount two separate times that was not the total that was on the computor purchase statement. Please help! Mari Haig
I was dissapointed in that my stand was out of stock and due in 2-3 weeks. After waiting, it changed just "on order" and I didn't know when it would be in. So I canceled the rest of my order. The rest came promptly.
Items were shipped separately... but I wasn't told, so I wasn't sure why both items weren't in the UPS package. I found the second item in the US Post the next day, so all items arrived quickly.
The service was fine. The only problem I had is that all I needed was one replacement cork for a trombone water key, and I had to buy a pack of 24 for $15 to get the one cork I needed.
