One of the Lemax Christmas Decorations was broken when it arrived. I did not want to deal with shipping it back & waiting for a replacement. I super-glued it & I hope that holds it.
I was disappointed that Boscov's canceled 4 of the items saying they were not available, without any explanation as to why the quantity was accepted when ordered and whether new stock would be ordered. Otheriwse it was a good experience,
Although the slacks were marked "short," they were not and I returned them. Since I just mailed it back 3 days ago, I can't really comment on the "return" question as of yet, but I do not anticipate any problems.
