Cannon HF100 was sold to me and then they offerred a package with a 16GB SD card and carrying bag. The card will only work in 3 or the 4 modes on the camera, not 17mps.

I appreciate a person named Johnson from the vender calling me to clarify my order questions and assured me of prompt shipping. He sold me a uv filter to add to the lens while he was on the phone.

Tried talk/42nd nobody answered.When got conection THEY hanged up.But,after purchase,Eric called and gave all attention I needed. Then I was guided form of Synapse Connect. Give them credit card number. I'm afraid of them, Please help to contact them.

The camera was defective when I received it, Thanks to Gregg for he was very knowageable and polite. Lots More. I cannot tell you all the problems space is to short.

Told by store that the camera had no manufacturer warranty,only in-store which implies the camera (Nikon)wasn't US product or was grey market? Aside from this we were happy with price and quick service. reluctant to buy from them again however.
