I rec'd one part of a pair of lamps that I ordered and was told that the other part was on B/O and not available until 1/8/09. I called C.S. and the other part was delivered 2 days later. Thank you for the miracle!.
I was unable to find comparable products in local stores, so was very happy to be able to find what I wanted at Lamps Plus. I was also very pleased to find that the shipping was free.
I am more than happy with my purchase. The lamps are lovely, and I think they are a good value for my money. I don't know why shipping was free on one pair, and why the other cost $30.00, but since I wanted that pair, I paid shipping on them.
the delivery was good and received it in less than a week or 5 days. Didn't have a chance to put it up for a couple of weeks but it is great after we did.
Had to return items ordered, only for reasons of inappropriate size (unfortunately, because I loved the lights!) May have to return replacements, because I didn't take into account a critical factor. I will definitely get my lights from Lamps Plus!
