The Samsung 600 color laser printer does work, but I was very surprised to find out that is was VERY banged up, had pieces falling off inside and out and is now held together with scotch tape. MISREPRESENTED!!
The product was advertised as 'open but new' I received 2 batteries of which 1 was damaged. I returned this and received a second battery that was also in less than new condition and was returned.
I was emailed by a person who offered to help me with any questions and if I needed further purchases. I emailed him with a question once I'd opened my product. I've since figured out the answer to my question, but he never responded to me.
I received my tungsten E when I was told. No software or usb cable. I emailed twice and then called and was told they would be shipped out that day. I received the software but no USB cable. Will call back again after the holiday.
