The wrong product was shipped from the manufacturer. Customer service corrected the problem immediately,initiating shipment of the correct product,and offered me a good deal on the incorrect product rather than my returning it.
I was satisfied with my purchase and it met my expectation, but there was minimal damage to some parts, ie. small scuff marks/scratches and the part the monitor sits on doesn't lay completely flat. But other than that the dimensions were a perfect fit.
Rec our tables 9/23, our folding chairs 9/24 and our padded chairs on 10/13 all were in the suggested time table. Tracked the first order to a T. Was unable to track the 2nd and 3rd but received phone calls in advance to give me plenty of time to be their. All shipments arrived in good order with no problems. Thank you much. Donald A Chapman
Your products are great, your service is great... but your shipping company is a little wretched. Was that truck in some sort of massive freeway pile-up? Were the boxes part of some drop test? Thankfully, most of the items survived, though we're missing some hardware that flew out of the gaping, dirty holes in the boxes.
