A nice lady (sadly, I didn't make note of her name) called me to ask if I meant to order the 2009 Lett's of London calendar. I had ordered the 2008 calendar by mistake. She set my order aside until the 2009 calenars came in, then sent me the 2009.
Wrong refill was linked on website with pen that was ordered with no actual refill item number, so incorrect extra refill was set. Upon calling, representative promptly handled that matter and the correct extra refill was sent. She was very courteous and professional.
Sales person was knowledgeable and went out of her way to make sure that I received the products I wanted. Good Prices. Good service. I'll do business with you in the future. You all do a great job and know how to treat a customer right!
