The coat shipped sure wasn't a XL. It was even small on people that wear a LARGE. It was marked XL and that was the largest size displayed so I couldn't exchange it for a larger one. I am on a very limited disability income so I couldn't afford to pay someone to take it somewhere to send it back plus pay for the shipping. I'm very disappointed. I need...More

I will most definately shop with ST again. I've made two purchases so far - Fur-lined, leather gloves and leather Harley boots. Both were the quality I expected and the shipping was extremely prompted on both items.

The fleece shirt I ordered had a musty odor, but it did wash out. I considered returning it, though.

Sierra Trading Post is an excellent on-line business. I am very pleased with the two coats and blouse I purchased. I sent two coats back because they were too small but of excellent quality.
