Love this dryer and with the free shipping, no taxes and lower price, I save almost $300 as compared to Sears, Lowes, & Home Depot. I didn't mind the long shipping time (week and half) because I was replacing a working dryer not needing it right away

US Appliance is ABC Warehouse and it shows. They have no clue when you will actually get your products if they don't have them in stock. Their ordering system is not linked with their inventory system, so if you order something and get a confirmation, that doesn't actually mean they have the product. Called to first check if they had the micro in stock and was told yes by Howard a customer service rep and that they had 10 in stock and would be shipped out on friday.
