I added a note to the bottom of the online order because there wasn't any place for me to immediately contact customer service. I needed to make sure that the invitations were formatted correctly.
I've worked with finestationery.com for a few years, and find them very easy to work with. They respond quickly, and when there are any issues, they work diligently to resolve them. I wish all online businesses were this customer-oriented.
