I bought shoes a half a size larger but they are still too small. I will be returning them. It was sent by an employee not the company per say. It had her name on the mailing label as if she was my friend.
I did not like that I was unable to exchange my product. If I want to order again, I have to reorder from the website. One of the reasons I made a purchase was due to a promotional price which has now expired.
I still have not been able to assemble the bike because I cannot do it by myself. I am trying to find someone to assist me. I would have purchased it at a store, but the store only carries high end priced bikes.
