With a Dell computer I'm pretty much required to buy their ink so I don't have a lot of options. That said, their prices are reasonable, there is no shipping charge and delivery has always been either on time or early.
I now own 6 Dell computers. If I ever need another, dell.com is the first place I will look. Since they are here in Texas, shipping takes like 2 days tops, plus I can save hundreds by buying from their large selection of re-manufactured PCs.
site is easy to navigate Product availability is good prices are fair delivery is ontime customer service is too impersonal and you have to go through a ton of recorded messages before you can get a REAL person. When you do get a person they are in india and can barely speak English.
This is where I bought printer cartridges for my Dell printer. They are very expensive, but nobody carries the new cartriges for much less. I bought a multipack to last a while.
