this digital camera was advertised as easy to use. not so. not only was it incredibly complicated, but even after i followed all directions exactly, it still did not perform as stated.

I was totally displeased with QVC's shipping method for this item. The box for collectable doll is an important part of the "collectable". QVC merely taped the mailing sticker and shipped it ruining the box for a collector's standpoint.

the 2 items I had to return were not QVC fault.Just misjudgement on my part.I reordered one item & to my surprise it came earlier than expected. I,m very satisfied with your products & the way you do business. Thanks.
