Order status showed nothing for a week and then suddenly notice that it would be delivered in two days. No email notice of impending delivery was received. Luckily I could check the web site every day.
We purchased our 2nd bed on-line. We had no ideas that our select comfort credit card was no longer valid. No one contacted us and we didn't know our bed didn't ship in time to be used by our guests. We love our beds and would still recommend them friends
I was disappointed that the mattress sunk below the sides when put together. I called and they sent me foam to put beneath the air mattress to raise it to be level. I am somewhat pleased with its comfort but expected it to be softer.
The reason I purchased on-line was because I had a very difficult experience at the local store in Des Peres, MO. Could never get the same answer from different sales reps.
