The item arrived damaged and I requested and was sent a return shipping label and was told that upon receipt a new item would be shipped to me. The item was shipped back and I am waiting to hear that it was received.
Good experience... order arrived a couple of days ago... used it on my morning run today. Have to get use to features as the Garmin 101 it replaced did not have as many features or display options.
I ordered the product on May 16th, my credit card was charged on the 19th, but the product did not ship out until the 21st and I did not receive the product until the 27th. I was expecting to receive the product by the 20th.
