everything was fine the order was just a few days late, not a big deal however the order I place after this one I am hoping is not late as I need it sooner.
I purchased a black dress with a chain link neckline and when I opened it I was pissed to find that the thread that held the neckline in place was ripped on one side so that the chain fell down.
never purchase a swim suit online;i took a chance;the bikini top fit nothing like the suit shown. the discription was not accurate. it indicated that it had molded cups; total fabrication. it was flat with pad- not contoured. the coverup has a bad odor.
i was so impressed with your prices especially the sales, i bought two dresses for the same event and am keeping them both once i exchange them for the correct sizes. One of the dresses i recieved was made too small, it does not size the same as the computer listed it would. im sure it will be fixed though if i send it back so not a huge deal.
I have been waiting for my ourchase now for three weeks and I ordered items"in-Stock" when I went to track items it said it was back ordered. Called cust Svc they said it was shipping that was 7 days ago. Not a Happy Customer, I wanted these items for my vacation!!
I had my doubts about a swimsuit purchase over the internet as I am 44 and had tried on sooo many at local stores. But I liked the style and thought I guess i could send it back. It arrived and fit like a glove! I love it! I could not have been more surprised, and delighted. Thanks,I will be ordering from your catalog you sent as well.
