I have dealt with Dell many times In the past and I have always been satisfied with the product and with the help they gave me over the phone and when it was necesary to send my computer back to the factory it was very fast and I never had to pay any shipping cost. since Dell makes computers to order, we received exactly the 3 pieces we ordered. Delivery and fulfillment was very quick and we are ordering another computer from them within the next month.

My business had a credit accout with Dell for almost 5 years and we bought everything with them until the decided to drop us because we don't have a Dunn and Bradstreet rating. I found this to be low and dirty business. We never had a problem with Dell and paying them, we were always on time. So, I will not buy from Dell again and they can forget about... More
