I thought they did an excellent job. In fact, they called me because a product was being discontinued and they wanted permission to substitute another flavor. I was really appreciative of the information and their courtesy.
I was very happy with the product availability and cost and dissapointed in the delivery. It came one day late and was delivered to the wrong house. We do have a confusing address due to the way the houses are numbered.
I wish Pet Guys would sell Nylabone Healthy Edibles in the Roarhide flavor three to a pack. I always buy my Baa Baa Q's from them and split the shipping with a client since we buy 8 bags at a time.
I ordered the Pooch Plus all weather nylon boots for my dog. I was disappointed as they are too large (I measured his paws as recommended) Also, the nylon material causes the boot to slip off of my dog's paws I plan to alter the boot to make them work.
Products exceeded my expectations and great customer service. PetGuys realized a problem before I did and addressed it in a very timely manner! Thanks for a great service!
