sent three e-mails asking you not to deliver before Nov 26, I was concerned because you did not acknowledge my message. Sure enough, it was delivered on the 25th!!! Sat out in the cold. Could have been stolen , rained on, etc.
I am not satisfied that I have to bear the rturn costs. Including the insurance for the return it was way to expensive to find out that the ordered item did not fit into my recording system.
One of the products that I ordered was not working. After contacting customer service department, they sent me a prepaid label and I shipped the defective item back and am waiting for a replacement item to be returned.
