I just received the camcorder less than 60 minutes ago. I have not had time to verify that all parts are there, or register the product. This questionaire would be more appropriate 2-3 days later.
had problems getting the order placed online. then was some confusion about my address which had been correctly entered. this caused some delay in my order.
Have not checked card reader yet. As long as I can plug it into USB on PC w/out using extra cords it will be ok. My shopping experience was pretty good; but when searching for cameras had to return to "digital cameras") to select a different mfgr.
My shopping experience with Beach Camera was great. They delivered what I ordered on time. I just wish they don't threaten with "Restocking" fee when one called to request RMA.
At the point when I needed to contact Beach Camera about my previous order to expidite it's shipment, the office was closed 4-5 out of 7 days during the holiday season. This was more frustrating than I can explain.
I had ordered the pink camera and we got a silver/black one. Since it was a birthday present, I did not have time to return it. I would have prefered the color I ordered, but it was not a big enough reason to return given the circumstances of the B'day.
