Excellent products. I only returned one item and that was the laptop desk. It wouldn't stay together. Otherwise, the catalog is awesome. My wish list is very long!

I was waiting until a free shipping offer since I just don't pay shipping when buying online (since I can usually get what I need locally). So it was the 20% off that made me go ahead with my order.

I was quite pleased with this purchase,and the clarity of the instructions and labeling of each part. The only complaint I had concerned a part that was defective. Unfortunately, it will take 6 - 8 weeks to get a replacement. Customer service was great!
