The original price was higher than other locations. A quick call and I was able to get a comparable price on the exact product I was looking for. It was quick and helpful.

the item was not as great as i had hoped. The shoulder strap system is only ok.

I was happy with everything except nothing fit like I expected, but when i returned the items to ups I had to pay almost 9 dollars to send them back. I couldnt exchange them because they didnt have a bigger size online. I dont believe I should be or been penalized to ship the products back and im sure its gonna take a couple weeks for a refund.

My main displeasure is that my order was placed more than two prior to its being shipped. If an item was out of stock I can understand that delay, but there was no correspondence as to that fact. The items arrived late today and I was satisfied though I may return one pair of shoes because they are not as comfortable as I had hoped.
