I returned my granddaughter's snow suit for a different size, I ordered too large. I am waiting to see when the new size will be mailed to my daughter in Richmond, VA. Hopefully it will be soon. The lady I spoke with on the phone for the return.
I have told all my friends to view your website. I think it's great and there are some real bargains. I actually felt bad about returning my item, but I didn't like some of the features (details) on the coat. I definitely would order in the future.
