Your company had the product I wanted, at a reasonable price. It was ordered with no difficulty, on line, and was delivered in the stated period of time. Absolutely no complaints.
I thought I could use it to solder,but ididn't realize that it would go out when i wasn't pressing the stricker. my arthritis wouldn't let me light the torch.
As always, this was an excellent shopping experience. All businesses could take a lesson from toolbarn whether they are online, service-based, retail, or any other business model.
One item was no longer in stock. I believe they credited my credit. I would recommend Tool Barn do a better job of communicating with their customers. They should have contacted me an offered a replacement or a credit, they did not.
