Ordered (3) Optiquest Q2162wb 22" wide screen monitors - 2 are defective. Haven't contacted TigerDirect yet to exchange - so I don't know how they handle return/exchanges yet.

Overall I'm impressed with the whole experience. The product is great. The only thing I didn't like was the 2 day air. I think I'm going to have to overnight it next time. The wait was too much. I would definitely order through Tiger again.
