I like the product I bought, and the courtesy and knowledge of the staff. I did think the shipping charges a little steep and I would have preferred home delivery instead of having to run into town to the post office to pick it up.
the website and shipping was very good. however, the quality of the products was very cheap. the dog bowls were not worth the purchase price, even at a discount.
The order tracking number would not work. The online message said my order couldn't be tracked. This would have only been a problem if my order wasn't received by me.
Let me be clear that it is NOT the fault of Petsmart about the shipping issue.Order shipped in a timely manner. It was the shipping company I am not overly impressed with. My parcel sat in a MA sortation center from 11/14 until 11/25th. Unacceptable.
