The only drawback I see is that I have ordered from other companies before that provide free return shipping in the even that the item does not fit or doesn't look exactly like the photo(s). This is nice insurance.
I was a little disappointed in the quality of the product. For $240 for a pair of boots, you'd expect the quality to be extremely outstanding. I still like them though.
The U.P.S. delivery person delivered my package to another party, not me or anyone associated with me. The package was then opened by this person and the product I ordered was handled by them. Thank God they didn't want it and I found it.
Customer service is pretty bad, and the only solution from them is helping me cancel my order. That's ridiculous because I pay by credit card from the other country. It's a really bad experience to shop here.

I notice that quite a few of the shoes only go to size 8.5. also, I tried to pull up shoes that were 8.5 and then when I tried to order it said that size wasn't available.
