You should include the return label with the shipment.Waiting two weeks for a return label is something you need to correct. Also you did not have the next larger size available, very dissappointing.
Buying experience was very good...shipping time in transit was beyond expectations as it was sent UPS Next Day Air without me even asking for it. Unfortunately I have to return the shoes as they are just a little bit dressy for what I am looking for.
Great response to order, shipped ahead of schedule. Only problem is the shoes were too big and you don't have a smaller size in stock. Otherwise the experience was excellent.
