I love the camera, but I feel the rebate for the Ebson Printer was misleading, I wanted to send the printer back and get my money back and I was told the warehouse would not take my printer back. Ritz your add said not to buy this printer with the camera so I bought this on a different orders. BUT BOTH ORDERS BOUGHT THROUGH RITZ!! KIM

Recently, I bought the Nikkon D60 camera for myself. It included a free membership to Ritz University photo classes. The camera I bought last week is to be a gift for my son. There was no information about Ritzcamera.com not accepting International Credit Card. All information was prpvided and the order submitted. Pretty large box for small items. a smaller box with bubble wrap would have been sufficient. Why the need for new carton and the use of your excessive packing for returning items? didn't know 'Quantaray' and 'Qualide' were synonymous. Decent delivery time though.
