dilevery was slow and late. it took 23 days from date of shiping. I receved shipment 7/16/08, and had to meet the truck along the side of the road with a pick-up to get delivery.

Seems purchases that promote free shipping are delayed if free shipping is chosen......happened 3x in a row now....not good.

I was disappointed that the item I ordered was out of stock, and the length of time it took to inform me of that matter. If I had known sooner I would have chosen another product more expediently. However, all my past purchases with Buy.com were very successful, so I will continue to purchase from Buy.com in the future. After all, it is only one mistake... More
