Ordering was smooth. I got the item very quickly, unfortunately, it didn't work correctly. Customer service was unresponsive, never returning my calls. I called Amana directly and they are going to fix my problems (whew!). This company is great, as long as there are no technical difficulties.

This was a lesson in great teamwork these people give a hi level of prof. effort for a good ending.

This has been the worst purchase experience I have ever experienced. On May 17, 2008 I ordered an Electrolux Induction Cooktop. The order status indicated that the item was in their warehouse. A few days later, my checking account was debited for the item. From time to time I would check the tracking website to determine the status of my order...but... More
