two of the lights were damaged, i don't plan on sending them back because i don't want the hasle.

I ordered a Coolaroo shade sail 18 foot...........it's absolutely perfect!!! We are looking into getting another! The delivery was delayed for some reason, however UPS arrived with it rather late on the rescheduled date, no worry, it still came in time to install before our big event

The wheels are real light weight 0ne of them has broken. I looked back and seened that the out side wheel was not turning. I stopped and turned it backwould and it would turn. After this happened a few more times I noticed that the wheel was comeing apart.

NO REAL RESPONSE TO E-MAIL,ORDER # AND TRACKING #, BUT NO WAY TO CHECK OR TRACK ORDER. ONLY INFO IS THAT IT HAS BEEN SENT TO THE WHEREHOUSE. I HAVE NO CLUE ABOUT SHIP DATE.

I received the product in a timely manner, however, I did not receive any notice that it had been sent for delivery until the day I received the product. I wasn't sure whether the product had been shipped at all until I received it.

The delivery time was longer than I had expected, but Teresa, who answered my phone call, was great and my composter arrived two days later. The composter went together very easily and is now in the garden. Thank you very much. Karen McClain

My purchase was delivered to the wrong address. It was brought to us by the person to whom it was delivered several days after they received/opened the shipment.

Acknowledgement and service is good. I did not care for the hinged assembly nor the lid. This was given as a gift to my cousin who lives in the Chicago area. The wind in the wintertime will be a real issue (hope it does not fly away). There are no ground stakes with the unit to secure it. I also ordered Nitrogen (2 Bags) and a free informational booklet... More
