The item I ordered came 3 weeks later. The online notice was very helpful in tracking the order.

beautiful shoes. I tried on at Nordstroms but they had all been worn out by others trying them on. so i decided to find the shoes on line. and it was $20 cheaper than Norstroms.

My order was confirmed and charged on my cc but never got it, they said it was damaged and could not send it. I appreciate them not sending a damaged item but they didn't have a replacement so I was disappointed.

online the shoe I ordered was shown available in the size I needed the order went through only to be emailed back next day not available in size, but it is still showing available online... NOT INTERSTED IN ORDERING FROM AGAIN

My order was refunded when it actually arrived already. I cleared it up immediately and was recharged. It was annoying because my bank charges refunds. I got $20 off the full refund instead. Wish an error like that doesn't ever happen again.

I left a review comment on their site. I was very impressed and happy with my purchase also timely matter in which it was delivered. I give footnotesonline.com 2 thumbs up.
