As others have commented, I placed an order that was never received. I had to contact shoemart and nearly a week later they responded saying the shoes had been discontinued. I had to contact them once again to get may card credited, as they had charged it right after the order was placed. The customer service was just terrible and I never once received... More

I've ordered a pair of shoes from theshoemart website last may 21 and it is now the 30th and still did not received it. I am worried that i may never receive it and i'm out of $87.00. This is what i get trying to save 10 bucks. :( Like the other costumer said, i also have to call costumer service to find out what is going on and they suppose to email... More
