Suggest that the individual chess pieces be wrapped and secured in the future to insure no damage to them as they were loose in their compartments and rattled too much thinking that there certainly would be damage.
You had a 50 dollar special freight charge because it was a large item, then you added shipping and handling on top of that. That seems wrong, and you service person agreed and waived the shipping and handling charge
