The Hydroskin tops (largest size) were both cut very small and not wearable by me. I own and wear their bottoms which are sized recognizably. Unless they become available in a larger size, I'll have to take my custom elsewhere.
I was charged $165. for my NorthFace Jacket. I contacted the customer service representative because the item went on sale for $132. the next morning. He said I would be credited back the difference but have not as of yet!
Customer Service was exceptional- the products I ordered went on sale several days later and they willingly credited my account with the difference. I did return one item but it was only because it was the wrong size for me.
