i did not get what i ordered. i ordered a 35 db amp with a fm trap on it i got a 25 db amp with no trap and it works worse than the 10 db amp i bought at walmart.
My order was delivered on time. However, of the two cartons in my order, one was badly damaged on a corner. I was relieved to find on close inspection that the product was not damaged.

I was shipped incorrect items but A1 immediately sent the correct item the next day. This was a gift and if they had not been so immediate in their response it would have been late. I am extremely pleased with the way they handled this mixup.
