I was dissappointed at the amount of time it took for my items to be shipped. I ordered on 11/9 and they weren't shipped until 11/21. When I sent an email inquiring as to the status, it took two full business days to receive a responce.
DUE TO ADDRESS CHANGE THERE WAS ISSUE W/CC INSTEAD OF CALLING OR EMAIL THEY SNAILMAILED. 1ST ORDER CANCELLED. SUBSEQUENT ORDER OF 11/12 - INSTOCK ITEMS REC'D TODAY 12/1. B/O ITEM NOW LISTED AS CANCELLED. NOT AN IMPRESSIVE 1ST ORDER.
I do think the shipping time is quite slow, but then the fees are not that high, so I can't really complain. It's just that it seems to take about 2 weeks for each order.That is really my only complaint - I love the products, quality and sizing.
Problem I have had: certain items are coordinates, but must be ordered separately. Several times I have ordered them, only to have one part cancelled due to lack of product. Then I have to deal with returning the other parts of the set.
