I have never seen anything take as long as this to get to me, I guess that is what I get for using the free shipping. I love your products but your order status information and delivery leave a lot to be desired.
I am very satisfied with the parka that I ordered and is very applicable for what I am using it for in Alaska. Need to put info on your cold weather gear of what temp's they will be good for future reference. Thanks
Ordered hundreds of items, only had to return a few items due to personal opinion of what it looked like on me. Never had a problem with customer service or the ease of returns.
I HAVE BOUGHT QUITE A FEW ITEMS FROM BLAIR IN THE PAST AND PROBABLY WILL CONTINUE TO DO SO BUT I AM VERY DISSATISFIED WITH THE HANDLEING OF THIS LAST ORDER.
The Blair website is very easy to use and their merchandise almost always surpasses my expectations. It's fun to check the 7-day countdown each week and I've been able to get quite a few excellent bargains there.
