Chat staff seems pretty uninformed (outsourceed?). Order tracking is primitive, I would much much prefer to have the tracking number and the delivery date rather than crummy screen offered. I needed to be home, but delivery date is hidden. Site archaic

I was contacted 4-5 times via email and telephone to "confirm my order"...This was inconvenient. If I wanted to call in an order I would have, but I wanted to order something online & then just receive it without all the hassle in between.
The overall experience of working with Wolf Camera was favorable. However, the tracking system for determining where your package is located is worthless. All the website tells you is that your package has been sent and nothing else. I also have my gadget bag on backorder with no indication of when the item will ship.
