Shipping charge to Hawaii (2-Day FEDEX) for a 0.5 pound goalkeeper glove was $20.95. That's quite expensive for such a small item. Recommend you explore U.S. Priority Mail which is used by L.L. Bean and Land's End and is over 50% less. U.S. Mail's $7 bulk rate box for priority mail (size restrictions) is a fantastic shipping charge....and quick!

merchandise received was damaged looked like merchandise was assemb;ed and taken apart after someone else received it parts did not meet up

Sports Authority shipped the wrong item and no longer has the correct item in stock. This is my second bad experience with this company - should have known better.

Turned to the internet as the Sports Authority store in my area did not have the size I needed in the style I wanted. So I ordered a pair online and loved the walking shoes I bought. Wanted to buy another pair but not in stock at either the store or online. Bummer!

I ORDERED 2 ITEMS. I GOT AN EMAIL SAYING BOTH WERE SHIPPED. ONLY 1 ITEM CAME. I WAITED SEVERAL DAYS FOR THE OTHER ITEM. IT NEVER CAME. WHEN I CALLED THEY TOLD ME THEY WERE OUT OF STOCK & WERE NOT GETTING THE ITEM BACK IN STOCK AGAIN.I ASKED THEM WHY DIDN'T THEY HAVE THE COURTESY TO AT LEAST NOTIFY ME BY PHONE OR EMAIL. HE DIDN'T KNOW
