I would not have paid for the UPS Priority delivery if I had known that the shoes would be back ordered and the delivery would be delayed. I contacted The Shoe Mart by e-mail about the delay and received no response.
This is the first time I used Shoe Mart. I normally use Zappos. Both of you say a week to 10 days. Zappos usually exceeds expectations, and delivers in about 2 days.
This is the second pair of shoes I have bought from ShoeMart in the past six months. Its customer service is outstanding; it's Web site is easy to navigate. I already have referred friends and family and will buy from the store again.
the shipping takes over a week - ridiculous - item not in stock, then delivery takes over a week, although staff was courteous on the phone, the company is not customer service oriented - I will not order from them again
