TheNerds.net says they will ship the same day or the following business day. Well it took 3 business days to ship mine. Also if I hadn't called 3 times I would have never gotten my tracking information, it didn't list on the website and wasn't emailed.
The transit company (Dorne) had the products in a nearby city and called on Thrusday morning, but did not deliver until Monday afternoon. Not a big deal to me, but seems rather inept.
TheNerds was the only site that had the hard-to-find item I wanted. Well, they didn't really have it. These things happen. Still, I wish I could have gotten the opportunity to cancel the rest of the order.
I ordered a product from Nerds/-as pictured and described. It was not what I received. I believe they should fulfill what they advertise/-but the Nerds will not/-and I must pay all shipping. This is just wrong! I am not happy.
Tracking info miss leading. Email did not include anything regarding AIT Worldwide - actual shipper. Only UPS or Fed Ex. Needs better communication on tracking info.
The rush shipping did not work out for unknown reasons. It took ten days for the delivery to arrive. However, I was quickly refunded the $3.99 without any problem, which I appreciate.
On-line order that only recorded shipping charges and deleted the actual merchandise. Customer support was not helpful and unwilling to compensate the customer for time wasted waiting for a product that was never shipped.
